Должностные обязаности
- Planning and Monitoring of pig production;
- Control of throughput in pig production;
- Achieving and maintaining of set up production results;
- Control over compliance technology of feeding pigs of different group ages;
- Experience management team, staff motivation, the ability to show and teach by example;
- Control of modern bio-security;
- Ensuring the smooth running and working order of machines and equipment;
- Planning and control of the flow of feed, veterinary drugs and etc.
Требования
- Work by farms in Denmark with DanAvl Genetic 3-5 years;
- English – at least Elementary;
- Internet, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, Outlook – Intermediate;
- Candidate enjoys working with animals;
- Flexible, communicative, ability to make teamwork;
- Personal qualities: responsibility, result-oriented, thrift, dedication, consistency, self-motivated;
- Administrative qualities: skills for effective planning, setting goals, coordination, control, motivation;
- Understanding of Agricultural Value added chain.
