60% Visiting key accounts, developing and increasing sales of feed additives (phytogenic products, toxin biners, etc).
15% Investigates and analyzes customer needs, market trends and competitors in order to attract new customers and develop business.
15% Working with the global team applying the approaches from the global to local level.
10% Supporting CPN (Cargill premix nutrition) team with additieves sales to Aidans (big clients with feeding factories)
The position is based in Moscow, with trips within Russia, as well as possibly some international travels mostly in Europe.
High education: in animal science/ animal nutrition or veterinary medicine
Experience in sales manager position in animal nutrition industry (feed additives business is preferably) from 3 years
Technical skills with poultry and pigs production
Understanding of poultry and pig Russian market
English language – intermediate
Business results from previous positions
Experience with a portfolio of products & processes delivered to unique customers
Good management skills: ability to communicate effectively with Delacon & Cargill teams and with clients
Understands project requirements, coordinates with resources and direct the projects in the right direction in a timely manner
Experience with computers, including email, spreadsheets, word documents etc
This position will be responsible to develop and manage our clients to feed additives business. This person should get, develop and keep contacts with poultry and swine integrators and build relationships with them.
This role includes working with targeted accounts, discovering business opportunities and delivering a solution of products and processes.
Candidate acts as a contact person for technical and commercial questions about products portfolio.
Candidate cooperates with cross-functional teams (Technic and sales) to define a feasible and compelling product vision.
KAM is responsible for the fulfillment of sales plan, support partnership with existing customers in order to increase feed additives share within customer's business.
